i am down almost 2 pounds since i joined 2 weeks ago. I am very happy so far. any loss is a good loss.

Coincindences are miracles that God prefers to remain anoynomous about.

I'm down 4.8 lbs since last week putting me at 166. Big week for me! I attribute it to the introduction of new foods .. steel-cut oatmeal instead of old-fashioned regular oatmeal, Quinoa instead of brown rice, Kiwi's in addition to other regularly consumed fruits, and Kombu (Japanese sea kelp) with my cooked veggies to help with nutrition and digestion. I shook things up!

Nice going ONLYDEBNOW. I have decided to start over. Today I threw out my goal sheet that I set at the beginning of the year. Why? Because I realized I was putting too much pressure on myself to always being going down and at a certain pace. So, what I am going to do is to continue to workout 4 to 6 days a week which I actually enjoy doing, eat as healthy as possible, and let the rest take care of itself. I do realize goals are important, but sometimes you can put too much pressure on yourself and not achieve anything but frustration.

Down one for the week. I really have to get my act together. I don't have a problem working out, I did that 4 times this past week. My problem is I am eating out too much but sometimes that can't be helped. However, I will give myself a pat on the back as I ate at a Kentucky Fried Chicken and ordered the baked chicken breast with vegtables and a diet soda. Stayed away from the fried stuff.

I am now down 12 pounds since the day i started. i believe i have been with SP for 5 week and have lost 3 pound a week with the exception of one week I went down 0.

I knew last week was to good. I gained 1 pound back this week, but it's my fault. I didn't stick to diet yesterday and I didn't get as much exercise in. I'm back on track today and I hope to stay that way.

I'm up 2 for the week. Did have three good workouts, but I guess that was not enough. Actually I did not do too bad of a job eating. I don't know what happened. Oh well, keep trying. I feel good however and I guess that is what really counts. Hope all of you had a good week. See you next week.
