Im on my way! Had my v8 before breakfast ( I don't like OJ either) 16 oz of water before my egg beaters omelette with a light multigrain english muffin (only 80 calories!) and a slice of 2% pepperjack cheese...off to workout now! good luck everyone!

LOL... I was so busy trying to hurry and post this challenge, that I wasn't clear on when to eat salads: before lunch and dinner. I don't think a salad for breakfast would be very tasty.

this sounds like a challenge I can meet, I hava a question though...does that mean a salad before breakfast too?? that's not something I think I can do...so how about a V8??

Right on! I say commitment to a challenge well thought out. I also accept the challenge. Today I started a yoga class at the gym and rode the bike for 30 mins a first for me I might add. I'm so happy to be a part of such a motivated group of divas.

We have 6 months remaining in 2011, and I plan on making it count! I am nowhere near where I wanted to be by now with my weight, but thatís ok. Nothing beats a failure but a try, and I am not ready to throw in the towel. So, how many of you are with me?

This monthís challenge will be sweet and simple:
1. Drink a glass of water before each meal emoticon
2. Begin meals with a salad emoticon
3. Drink 8 glasses of water each day emoticon
4. Complete a minimum of 90 fitness minutes each week emoticon
5. Be sure to mark each completed item with a emoticon

Letís make July a successful month as we celebrate the Declaration of Independence, let us also celebrate our newly discovered independence over unwanted pounds.

Wishing you all a happy and safe 4th of July weekend!!
