I have stated wearing the small two hand twists, which works well with my hair and sometime
finger coils which I just leared how to do and really like.

I really like doing Shawn T's Rockin Body
and the Bike

I've been having issues with my hair, mainly thinning. So a lot of styles I can't wear like cornrows and kinky twists. I'm really considering getting a sew-in for the remainder of the summer since I sweat so much on my scalp.

I don't have a favorite exercise but I've been riding my eliptical and using work-out videos. On second thought, Zumba is my favorite since I like to dance. emoticon emoticon

Hey Sakigirl... I also sweat a lot when I workout, and during the hot months I wear braids. I have to wash them once a week to keep them from smelling. I've noticed that braids look better, longer, than when I wear twists. I love the way twists look on me, but because I wash them weekly, my natural hair frizzes out and they don't look so good anymore. So just get a good braider, that way you can wash once a week and still look fresh

I just took my Senegalese twists after two months. They were convenient but since I sweated a lot my hair/twists smelled like sweat. Do any of you ladies have that problem, if so how did you solve the sweating smell with braids, sew ins, twists etc..? Without washing your hair daily.

In the colder months I wear cornrows to death! I don wigs for convenience and just remove them for workouts. I workout in the house during colder months but prefer the gym or outside when the weather is nice. In the house I mix it up. A variety of DVDs, Youtube videos or circuits from books like the Women's Health Big Book of exercises for Women.

I have locs, so I just tie them back or pull them on top of my head for water aerobics.

I like the Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds DVDs and I also have a few of Coach Nicole's workout DVDs

I keep my double strand twists in for a week then wear it in a twist out for the following week...
Exercise...hmmm now this is a tricky question because I incorporate exercise with my work...I do lots of stairs, basketball and running1x week indoors...and fridays I walk...I do wish I had a treadmill or bike in the house for the winter months.
