This is an older post but thought I'd add my 2 cents anywho. emoticon I've found that consistency in exercise + healthy food portions are the key to losing. I remember joining in 2 challenge teams one month (for some reason I was eager to join both at the same time.) emoticon One of the challenges was daily exercise (mostly strength training). I didn't notice any weight change DURING the month, but, got a nice start in my weight loss in the weeks AFTER I'd been consistently doing ST for a month.

Thanks, @LECATES . I know that water is a big part of many people losing weight fast some weeks. I wish there was a fast way to lose for one week, just to get started......Like you said, it is frustrating but we keep going.

Sometimes it is water retention that causes you to gain or not lose as much one week as another. Also, your metabolism or how your body reacts to you losing weight can change how much you lose one week and not as much the next. I know of people who have exercised twice as much one week and actually gained than the normal week---frustrating as it is, you just keep trying.

Is there somethimg that helps you to loose more weight in one week than the other weeks?
