My goals are :

Continue to eat healthy and exercise.
Get 7 hours of sleep.
Not stress about things I can not change.
Look forward to my retirement in August.

I've. joined a Spark team whose challenge is to lose 13 pounds in 2013. I'm hope to lose 13 lbs. next year.
