Funny, but I wasn't feeling so hot the other day and felt better by afternoon, too. Hmmm. Nothing ever came of it, but I took a nap and slept like a log. HIGHLY unusual for me to do during the day. Only happens when I'm sick.

I'm about ready to call it a night, too. Gotta finish up stuff in the kitchen and then hit the sack as well.

Well, I wasnt feel so good this morning, so I didn't go to the gym in the AM. By the afternoon, I felt better, but was enjoying just relaxing in my house with the kiddos. Needed a day to just "chill" and do nothing. I fired up the grill in the backyard and made some bbq chicken and zucchini...yum yum! Now it's 10:00 and I am shutting off the computer and going to lay down for a bit before going to sleep.

YIKES! That's not ADHD, but is sure is amazing!

We need to get this team going. We're kind of just "there" but not a lot of activity. Suggestions?

I have been working out a lot these past 2 weeks...I was upset with myself that I let myself gain 6 pounds eating a lot of junk on my vacation for 2 weeks prior and doing little to no exercise. So, these past couple of weeks, I've been pushing myself really hard (taking weekends off to give my body some rest), and after yesterday, one of my kids asked me if I had ADHD....lol....cause I can never sit around and just do nothing. Yesterday, between walking and running on treadmills, and hiking in the woods, I logged 5.5 miles. Also did weight training and played tennis for an hour. Then came home and cleaned the house...lol. My kids all think I am nuts...maybe I am...but getting in shape is just something I want really bad.

This morning I took 2 boys to the YMCA so they good get the Nautilus equipment orientation so that they can start working out...they loved it! While they were doing that, I lifted weights and did 1.5 miles on the treadmill and then did the 15 minute Power-Abs class...now I am cleaning and thinking about throwing in a workout DVD before I get showered to go to church tonight.

.....maybe I do have ADHD...but is that such a bad thing?!?!? LOL
