This is what works for me. I do Flintstone chewable multi vitamins. I get my B-12 from Wal-Mart...Spring Valley Sublingual B12. I use Bariatric Advantage for my Calcium Citrate. So a trip to Wal-Mart and on stop to the Max Muscle shop for the calcium citrate and protein mix when I am on my way to my support group.

I personally get mine at Costco and mostly use the Kirkland brand. I particularly like their calcium chews and Fiber Well gummy fiber supplements.

I use Fusion vitamins, and I love them. They are multi vitamins specifically for bariatric patients. I take three a day, and I'm good. Way better than 15 different pills. You can get them at different sites, but here's the main site. bariatricfusion.com/bariatric-vitami

I get most of mine from a company called Bariatric Advantage. It was one of the places that the program I went through recommended, since they specialize in Bariatric vitamins. I get my multi-vitamin, B-12, and Iron pills from them. I used to get my Calcium chews, but have since found VitaFusion which has the same amount of calcium as I was getting, but much cheaper and tastier.

This is perfect timing for myself.

I, unfortunately, do not have any advice to give, but am extremely interested in WHAT vitamins people are going to be taking and the specific brands as well.

I have heard a lot of people buy theirs at the Vitamin Shoppe online or the specific companies themselves.

I am all ears on this one! :D

I am having difficulty figuring out what brand, or where to buy the vitamins I will be needing to take. The nutritionist at my doctor's office recommended Bariatric Advantage, and that by putting in their validation code, I could get a %15 percent discount. Well, their web page doesn't discount anything, and generally sucks as far as user friendly. With or without the validation code, the price is the same. So, I don't want to buy their product. Can anyone recommend another?
