Was at a weekend retreat on which it was recommended not to eat after 10 a. m. to prepare for some deep breathing and other activities that can sometimes bring on nausea. Light food was available in the evening after the activities but I didn't feel like eating. So I had two days of pretty long overnight fasts. I've found it relatively easy to stay moderate on the way home and since returning. I did drop some water weight but am resisting weighing again for several days and probably until the end of March. Loss isn't my main goal, though it's likely I would weigh a little less than I had been if I can get back to a better eating routine. I wish I could wait until later in the day to eat every day. I practiced not eating until 10 a.m. all during January and it never got easy enough to feel like it could be my lifestyle.
