Rocky I quite often have to walk around in the store here in Texas depending on the weather. Lately I have been able to walk outside. I like waking better than any other kind of exercise. Today I walked for 30 minutes. IT was a little windy so I had to cover my ear because of a slight ear ache.

I've been walking on my breaks at work. It helps get me through the day and I feel like I'm making progress to keep moving. Today I had meetings so I didn't do as well as I normally do. So today only 10 minutes. emoticon
