Nearly didn't today. Insomnia last night, so so tired after work....Solution? Make a phone call and walk around the house, do leg lifts, stretches, and anything else I could do with phone in hand for 35 min! Yay!

Today I've been so tired and it was a struggle to get myself moving. I didn't want to lose my streak, so I've done some slow stretching just for something to do that didn't take much energy. It felt good.
