My fever finally went away. Still in pain. Hope to.tomorrow I feel better. Don't want to go back to my doctor for more testing

Only thing that went away is the pressure when I sit and my bloating. Other then that nothing improved. Still run a fever and in pain.

Not much today. Just found out I have a uti which I in such pain. Can't hardly leave the couch. But have to get my 2 older kids from the bus stop. Ugh. So this week I'm gonna focus on getting better.

Today I went to church. Last week of studying Jonah. Going on to Luke next few months. 

Came home and cleaned l. After my hangover and doing stuff with my family I let the house go. So I cleaned and did laundry.

Today I have a therapy session. Hope my therapist remembers we switched days and time today. Lady week he was 1/2 a hour late. 

Then come home a major clean fir my exercise then go to Walmart later.

Today I went to my bible study. We finished up Hebrews and now back into Acts. Missed slot of Hebrews. Couldn't keep up with the study because of the kids. But I think in between Acts I am gonna study Hebew agian so I know what's is going on. 

Afterwards went to Walmart and got some sweet potatoes to go with dinner. Another carbonated water to replace soda for me, toothpaste for my kids, floride fir my kids and got me a subway sandwich for lunch. 

Came home and cleaned for an hour. Then watched one of my shows. Got my 2 older o e iff the bus. Relaxed for awhile. Then cooked dinner. 

Now my 2 older are in the bath. Gonna do homework with them. Then daddy is go na play a game with them while I get my 2 year old daughter a bath and ready for bed

Today I had early head start over. Gonna do transition her to child head start for the fall. She will be 3 on July 14. So this will be my last year with her home. What to do now. All my kids will be in school. My oldest is in 2 my son is in kindergarten. Now next school year she will be gone. 

Today I also did a 15 minute exercise bell workout and took my 2 year old and dog out for a 30 minute walk. 

Came home and had lunch and watch some of my shows. The got my 2 other ones off the bus. Went to Walmart and went to China Buffet for take home dinner. I lay could eat less then half. Pound if my self. 

Now relaxing before homework, bath and bedtime also dishes and lunch to pack.

Today I went to my daughter therapy. She did pretty good. This is my 8 year old that had therapy. Went for a walk with my 5 year old son and my 2 year old daughter. Then went to my friends house and did a 15 minute workout video. 

Came home and cleaned. Had lunch then took a nap. Been up since 4:30 because of my 2 year old. Then got up and watch some if my shows then played with my kids. 

Now gonna help.my kids with there homework and bath for them. Gonna do the dishes and pack there lunch for tomorrow. 

Then probably relax after I get them to bed

Today I went for a walk. Finally it was nice out to do so. Then we stopped at the park and played with my kids. I also cleaned my house from yesterday before we left. Then before that went to church. 

Now hone relaxing and finishing my laundry and watching football with my mom.

Did some major house cleaning from our stomach bug that we just done with. Man I am pooped. Then went to Walmart fir a couple of stuff for the week. Cane home made my kids bed and put a loud in the dryer and put another load in the washer. Had dinner chicken taco. Yum. My husband makes the best chicken tacos ever.

Today I did some more workout apps on my phone. Cleaned and had Early Head Start over. Then took a nap. I didn't get much sleep because I had a bed full. I had my 2 older kid and my dog in bed. Then my baby came in at 5. Si was up early. So I did some of my bible study.

Today I went over to a friends house and worked out with her came home and cleaned my house. Had some lunch. BLT with some carrots with honey mustard. Now watching my show Anne with an E

Our next step with him is to get him fitted for a c-pap machine. He has his appointment on Thursday.

Im going to try to get on here more to say hi.

Danae, its great to see you here! Sounds like you are feeling motivated and having busy days, getting a lot of things done. I am sure you get a lot of activity with your kids, especially following a 2 year old around! Youll get those four pounds off again in no time! Im sorry to hear that your son has severe sleep apnea. Did you find out yet what the next step is?
Thanks for the reminder about Anne with an E. I believe I watched a couple episodes when the first season came out on Netflix, and now I see there are three seasons. I will have to revisit it!

Latisha, I hope you are doing well this month!

Barbie, you have great goals and I know you are doing well with them. I really miss walking my dogs! We are considering getting another one, but it might not be for another year.

I am still keeping my intention to be aware of what is going on all around me and to enjoy the present moment. I had an excellent weekend trip with my husband! Walking on the beach and looking out at the ocean is good for the soul! Now this week, I am back to regular activities. I went to the gym and am going to help my dh by picking up and bagging clippings that he trims off the shrubs. Everything continues to grow here in Florida. I also intend to do some watercolor painting, even though my painting buddy is out of town. This is the day we usually get together to paint, so I am still going to do it!

Today I had a good Sunday. Straightened up my house before I left for church. Went to church, been studying Jonah. Came home did laundry and took my oldest daughter to a party. Came home and cooked dinner. Now relaxing for a while before I give my kids a bath and homework before there bed time

Good evening ladies. Today I accomplish a lot today. Even when my 2 year old was sick. I did 4 loads of laundry. Bedding and towels for the week. Went and did my weekly grocery shopping. Came home and cleaned my fridge out took all the junk food out and replaced it with healthy food. Also took the trash out, clean my cat litter box out and replaced with fresh stuff. Feed my animals for the week.

Good morning ladies, had a good holiday, so now it's back on trake. Only gained 4lb not bad. Thought I would gain more. But I do have a active 2 year old. So that helped alot.

Today not much going on. Gonna do walk away the lbs since it is to rainy to go for my walk. Then come home and clean. Then binge watch a show I am watching on Netflix. It's called Anne with an E. Used to ready those books with my mom when I was little. Now they made a show out of it.

Then at 5 my son has a doctor appointment. Found out he has sever sleep apnea. So we are gonna find out our next step. Probably have to go to Kalspell for the specialist to get him fit.

Happy New Year Hope and Amy and all of our other awesome teammates. I had an awesome first and second day of the new year. New Year's Eve I took a yoga workshop and my intention for the New Year is to make stretching an integral part of my day's life. Yesterday Marv and I took a short walk and then I went to yoga which was amazing. Today Marv and I went for a 3 mile walk and then I came home and stretched. I have been getting back to my plant based eating and will begin the classes again next week when they start again.
