Yesterday Coach announced that SP had launched two small enhancements.

1. On the Nutrition Tracker, you can now make a “Quick Entry.” This basically lets you add a calorie/carb/fat/protein value to a meal, without searching for a food, nor adding a manual food.

Go to your My Nutrition page
Look for the What did you eat? search box
To the right, you will see a hyperlink under the Enter food not listed that reads "Add Quick Entry"

2. SP used to let people share 1 piece of content for 3 points a day. They now let you share up to 3 pieces, and at 3 points per piece, you can get 9 points a day. Just click on the link "Explore Content" next to the points awarded re "Share SparkPeople content to Facebook, Pinterest, or Twitter" on your SparkPoints page.
