MORTICIAADDAMS, when I get into a junk food crave, I'll open the fridge to find something to munch on & I'll say to myself...no junk food here.......so I'm proud of myself to not buy the crap, sorry but that's what I think junk food is, have a great weekend all

I pretty much eat healthy foods and limit the bad stuff. I don't buy much. I have abandoned the idea that I can eat anything I want to, I no longer stuff myself. I quit,

I'm finding it easier to plan my meals for the next day, that way I know what I have or need to get. and write it down, I'm keeping a food journal & exercise, and I list my foods on MYFITNESSPAL, when I list my foods there I know how many calories I will be eating, when I first started listing my foods I was only eating 900-1000 calories and I really need to be eating 1600 cal. to lose weight. I still can't eat that many calories but I am up to 1300 calories and I am losing a little. I made a goal to lose 20 lbs by Aug. 2020. small steps lead to giant strides.
