emoticon Hi Lyn, Thank you for your lovely welcome. Now that I have been following the No S plan for three days, I am finding that the 'shaky' issue is disappearing or no longer a problem for me.

I have also ordered the book, so hope to have some further ideas and motivation from it.

emoticon Just found this group. Love the concept of the No S Diet ... now I just have to master the three No S's! Read the information and think this is doable - but I am worried about the no snack rule. I tend to feel tired and shaky about 4 pm. Did anyone else have this as an issue? What did you do about it?

I am new to this team. I read most of the info on the site and just bought the book. I am starting week 2 of the No S diet.

There is a discussion board there, too. A wealth of info and opinions! I've been on it for four years under the same name. If you look on the daily check in thread, you can see the members who have been posting for years as well. Most of them have been having success. A few still struggle but love the idea so much and are unwilling to diet, so they stay. It's a friendly, kind community.
