I finished Insanity yesterday with the fit test!

I have lost a total of 9 pounds and 9 inches. Pretty satisfied with that since my diet was not strict. I tried to stay within my calorie limit everyday!

Once it's done, it seems like it wasn't as hard as it appeared. For me, the most difficult is to do it everyday, even when you don't feel like it. That's what I am proud of.

Hang in there and keep at it. One day at the time and before you know it, you will be done. 5 weeks will go by fast.

I told myself I would take a week off and I feel lazy not doing anything. So, I have decided to do the cardio part of P90X this week and I will begin another round of P90X next monday.

I still have this week and next week left of Insanity. I took a week off because of tired body and very sore knees.

Took my measurements last night. There are my results since the 2nd week of January. I've lost 3 inches off my chest, 4.5 inches off my abdomen (largest part of me) and 2 inches off my waist. :) Can't wait to take my final measurments.

I've lost about 7 pounds. Not doing to well on keeping my calories low, but I do track what I eat most days :S

C6R1U9Z, if what you are doing is working for you, then keep with it. The main idea is to limit your caloric intake. The book is really just a template that gives you ideas on what you can eat to keep within that calorie range. You're doing great! I'm not necessarily going by the diet plan, but I am definitely limiting my calories. You'll get there!

MAAYOTTE, you keep digging deep! You rock! I'll get to your status soon enough! Great job!

I skipped day 56 which is rest day because I am going skiing next weekend and I won't be able to do my workout on Saturday morning. So here I am:

Day 57, Max Interval Plyo done! Five more workouts and to my delight, I stepped on the scale this morning and I am down 1 pound! I hate the bloody scale, but this morning I liked it emoticon !

I went to the doctor for a check up the other day and he mentioned that I must work out because my resting heart rate was good and athletic! I've never had an athletic anything before!

I finished Insanity today and have lost about 10lbs and firmed up quite a bit. My muffin top has been significantly de-muffined and I fit comfortably into my size 4 jeans. I couldn't have asked for more :)

Today was my day off and I felt like doing something, so I did KenpoX. To my surprise, it was a lot easier that I could remember. Is it the result of 3 weeks of Insanity? I am not sure, but I like it!

I did P90X too. Insanity is hard for a short while, where P90x is hard because of the time you have to put in. I too, think that when I am going to go back to P90X, it will be easier

I started Insanity on Monday 1/24/11 with my fiance. We already completed P90X but this workout wears me OUT! I'm a Beach Body coach now so it's good to be able to test and talk about the products offered. I'm looking forward to my results and increased fitness level. I'll do P90X again a few months before my wedding in August. I feel like it will be easy compared to Insanity!

I did the fitness test and the first two DVDs and then did none for a week. Then yesterday and today I did Jillian Michaels' Shred and it was EASY. Three bouts of Insanity made the Shred easy!

I start Insanity tomorrow. I have my AF Fitness test in about 2 1/2 months, so I'm hoping Insanity gives me that kick that I need on the run and the push ups requirements.

After the first week of following the meal plan and the exercises, I lost 3.8 lbs. This week, I did not follow the meal plan (a few meals here and there) but I logged all my food intake and I still have 2 workouts to do, but I think I have lost at least another 1.5 lbs. Will find out Sunday night! (But I hate weighing in at night. As long as it's consitant that's ok I guess :)

I did the Insanity workouts while I was in Flordia for 3 1/2 weeks and followed the program strickly. Ended up losing 3 inches in my waist and 18 pounds ... it really was insane! I could not believe it! However I went to Alaska with some people who loved to eat and ended up gaining it all back in 3 weeks =[ So today I started over. Hoping to see the same results or close to it. Wish me luck ! =]

Yeah, by week 2 you will definitely start seeing results. Keep at it! Just when you feel it's getting a bit easier, it ramps up! Keep pushing play every day and you won't believe your results.

Wow! congrats to both of you for your success with Insanity! I have done 2 weeks and already I can feel tell my cardio has improved! I can't wait to see what happens in another 2 weeks.

Congratulations T-DOTMUM! You are doing awesome!

So after a month of Insanity, I know my Cardio and endurance has shot through the roof. Evidence by a run on the treadmill at the gym. It was easy on 7.0! Proud of me.

I haven't made much progress, however, I attribute it to a stinky attitude. My attitude and approach have completely changed. I already see results.

I am going to invest in an AccuMeasure and do weekly progress sheets to measure my Body Fat. I am looking at reducing body fat and increasing lean body mass. It is going to be a stellar month 2. These are tough workouts.

Just finished the first month of Insanity and am now into my recovery week. (And I thought the recovery workout would be easy! Ha!) I blogged about this but I am so happy to report my results so far that I thought I'd post here too! Since I began I haven't missed a workout and I have been a lot more careful (but not perfect) with my eating.

I started at 156 lbs. and a 31-inch waist. I've lost 2 inches off my waist and 5 lbs.!

Aside from that, I just am so amazed at my fitness level already. I still cannot keep up with all the exercises, but I am so much stronger and fitter now. And I look forward to the workouts more than ever. It's like my muscles crave the intense workout.

Couldn't be happier--and all during the holiday season!

Congrats everyone!!

I lost 3/4" off my waist after only 9 Insanity workouts!! I didn't even change my diet or anything else yet. I haven't had a 25" waist since my super early 20's!! emoticon

I completed the first 5 weeks and decided to restart from the beginning since I took a couple weeks off. Seeing great results I've lost 15 pounds and went from a tight size 10 to a size 8 :)

1/4 inch off of my waste in two weeks,yeah@!!! seeing how I do this at the y two days a week and do other workouts in between. I am pretty fit but needed to bust through a plataeu. luv it!!

Thanks for the thread. I hope more will post results and (hopefully) photos. I am in week 10.5 of P90X and will take a 2 week break and then do Insanity to help slim down a little more and lose 6 pounds if I don't lose it in the next 3.5 weeks.

Insanity helped me to complete a backpacking trip (with some extremely steep uphill hiking) with much less soreness & pain than I'm used to with backpacking. I just felt like I was in better shape. We actually only completed 7 weeks before we left but apparently, it was enough.

i just completed the INSANITY challenge today!!! i am proud of myself for sticking it out- definitely the toughest workouts i have ever done- after the first fit test i almost threw up- what a difference 60 days makes- planning to start a new cycle on October 18th- donna

not a sucess story yet,,, but soon to be, just wanted to say that beachbody.com is GREAT i order my insantity kit and they said it would be here in 5-7 buss day,... i got it in 3 day.... needless to say i started today!
