I am glad to say that I am 2 workouts away from completing Insanity. Before I started, I watched all the DVDs to have an idea of what I was getting into. I have to say that watching looks way more scary than actually doing it.

Once you get into it, it happens, You can do it. In my case, I had to take breaks towards the end of most workouts, but I did it and I plan to do it again.

The best has yet to come.

I know exactly what you mean. The basketball jumps were so much easier when I actually played college ball...lol.

Month 2 has definitely kicked it up a few notches. Did Max Conditioning today. All I can say is those football suicide drills were a lot easier back in high school. emoticon

I'm on week 2 of month 2 and I see why its called Insanity. But, as I do the workouts, I find myself doing things I wouldn't even attempt only a few days ago. Stick with it and you'll see the results!

Sweet, I'll be looking forward to it. I think I'll be hitting a plateau pretty soon, so it will be perfet timing getting into the second month.

The words "I can't" are like a cancerous disease...they eat at you until there is nothing left to consume. By saying "I can't" you are killing yourself before even giving yourself so much as a chance to live. I WILL push forward, I WILL dig deep, and I WILL succeed at achieving my goals. Thus, I WILL live on!

I was super nervous to go into month 2 too. It is def more of a challenge but it is so awesome! I love it! Killer workout for sure but so worth it!

I'm not quite there yet...only on week 3. I am a little anxious about getting into that next month, but I am definitely more excited. I hope it goes well for you all. This has definitely been a fun workout so far.
