I sleep through a movie when I was with my kids and grandkids. Does that count?

No. Thankfully the only movies I've had to turn off and not watch, I had gotten on Netflix or had DVR'd.

DH and I usually watch our movies on Netflix, and there are just a very few we've not made the effort to watch the whole movie. We usually see them through to the end...so the ones we switch off are ones that we just can't maintain any interest in. I usually go for quite awhile to give something a chance....like maybe they're building up to something and I'll be rewarded for sticking it out? Sometimes after soldiering on through it you can tell that's just not going to happen. There have been two times we were watching a movie that someone had recommended to us and that someone was sitting there with us just waiting for us to love it, too. Oh! talk about excruciating! Trying to act like we were enjoying it so as not to hurt their feelings.

Yes. Not because the movies were bad but offensive.

QUESTION: Have you ever…walked out of a movie because it was bad?

No, I don’t recall having done that, but have felt like it a few times.

So my arms are still very itchy after icing them most of the day, taking Benedryl and using anti-itch cream. I think if I can just keep myself from scratching, I’ll be okay. They are going down, so that’s good. Not much happened in our house yesterday. Chris received a call that the Miata was ready so he headed up there like an excited kid, only to find out they didn’t fix it correctly and it has to stay up there longer. After reading through several of these freezer books, I feel like I have a better handle on what I can freeze, so I need to work on that now. Thankfully, the swelling has gone down in my gums and I can close my mouth and actually chew now. They told me at the allergy doc that Mountain Cedar was off the charts and she thinks that’s why I may have been having problems. The doctor wants me to wear my mouth guard and take regular Mucinex and if I’m still having problems to let her know and she’ll call me in some antibiotics. I have one more shot that I have to be there for an hour afterwards and then I go down to 20 minutes. I am just ready to be up to the maintenance dose. I better finish getting ready! I have steps to make up today since I didn’t really walk much yesterday. Happy Tuesday!

Take Care and God bless,

Tracey W.
