I don't know a lot about homeopathy but i know a little.
I believe the theory is to maintain a careful watch on one's own system and if health concerns start to flare, treat the symptom with a little bit of what's bugging you so that it activates your own body to fight the illness.
Hence, a few years ago when I was having trouble with hay fever in May, in late April I took 6 tiny pills, in the morning. They were little bits is pollen.
In the evening I took 6 tiny pills of histamine. It eased my body into the pollen/histamine cycle so that when the airborne pollen was unleashed all at once, my body didn't go crazy trying to deal with all the pollen in the air.
It worked.

Hello, I have recently discovered a store in our local area, The Vitamin Shoppe. I understand they are chain. I enjoyed my experience the people were so friendly and helpful. I ended up getting some things from there including Kali Bichromicum. I suffer from Sinus headaches anytime the weather changes from cold to hot or it rains. I live in Georgia so basically I don't have headaches during the summer when it's not raining (if you've never been to GA our fall/winter/spring goes a little something like this

Monday- 60degrees/sunny
Tuesday- 40 degrees/rainy
Wednesday- 30 degrees/sunny
Thursday- 50 degrees overcast
Friday 75 degrees/rainy
Saturday 20 degrees sunny).

Does anyone have any advice on A. Homeopathic Medicine B. The Vitamin Shoppe store
