I am having trouble with my brand new fitbit Versa 2 It worked for 2 days and now it isn't tracking and syncing with my phone My old flex2 was fine,

I've always found Fitbit customer service to be great. They'll usually send you a new one without much fuss if there's a problem.

The person who told you that you could use it probably misunderstood what you were asking. You can sync it with a windows 10 laptop, but not a desktop unless for some reason it had Bluetooth capability.

I Don't have and never did have a vista. I wish I could still get a one. mine died 2 years after being runover by a car. I have been have a lot of problems with Fitbit syncing with 3rd party apps and I have always had a flex for in the pool and one with a face for most things. Never had any trouble till recently. Now Fitbit will only sync the main tracker. SP is the only 3rd party app I use Fitbit on. All the others are on Garmin. Yes I have one on each ankle and won't be getting another Fitbit.

I have had some issues, but not the type you are having. I have Windows 10, and Fitbit does show up on it, but I also have a smart phone (android), and I think it works better with the phone. I am on my third or fourth Fitbit -- one lasted less than a year, and they replaced it. The replacement lasted a bit more than a year, and died. Then, I purchased a Versa -- it did fine, but I dropped it, and the face broke. Still worked, but I didn't like having the broken face, and they would not replace it. So, I purchased a Versa2 in December. So far, so good with this one. I think they should either replace yours or give you a refund. But, of course, I am not in charge.

I purchased a Versa back in December. All of a sudden it isn't working. When I called fitbit for support, they told me it is not compatible with windows 10 desk top. They said I would need a smart phone for the Versa 2 to work properly. I can't get Alexa on it, and it won't store music,

I am very upset with fitbit customer service. They lied to me when I called and asked about the Versa 2 saying it was compatible with windows 10 and I could have Alexa with a desktop. Now they refuse to replace the Versa 2 saying it is working but I don't have the right equipment. This is the second time I have had problems with fitbit. I have an Alta HR that had to be replace 5 times before I got a good one. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I never should have believe customer service when they said the Versa was compatible.

Anyone else have problems with fitbit?
