Day 2 - did it! Boy, am I unbalanced! I had a hard time on the ones with one leg and also heal raises....hopefully next week my balance will be better. Legs really felt the burn.

Wondering if you are doing cardio if I should have run my 30 min before or after the lower body workout? Huuummmm....maybe next week I will do that first and leave my run for last.

Way to go all of you who are in this! Day 2 down....now doesn't that feel good!

Done with day 2 along with 10 extra minutes of pilate and 36 minutes of walk/jogging. Feeling motivates:)Oh and I got all my fruits and veggies!

Day two down. Off to finish my cardio. Getting three servings of fruit was a bit difficult today. If we count tomatoes then I made it. :)

did day one and two videos back to back. completed 35 min on the wii fit, but that doesn't count, unfortunately I got called in to work today so i couldn't go to the gym and do my cardio, i will tomorrow though!

hi all! I did a 20 minute turbo jam video today and then 10 minutes on the stationary bike. Plus the video. Count me in with the short folks....trying to touch my foot back to the wall on the lunges just about did me in!!!! It was funny though. Didn't quite get the fruits in. My cupboards are rather bare....we were gone for the holidays and now are waiting for our farm fresh delivery to start up again (will be dropped off tomorrow)! Lots of fruit but more veggies this time of year. I did get 1/2 an apple in and then had to do a small glass of OJ. That's all I have (pitiful, I know). Was too cold to go to the grocery this weekend to supplement! It was bitter out!

Just finished Day 2 work out. Pretty nice. I did it twice and then did Day 1 work out and lifted some weights. Total 30 minute work out.

So far, I'm likin it!!

Done with day 2! I did my cardio this morning and just did the video. Great video by the way it was a little harder then I thought it would be. Ate my 3 fruits all ready. Time for some night time yoga.

Can wait to see and feel the changes at the end of the bootcamp. Good luck to you all!

Well, I don't have a stability ball, but a step bench - I improvised, it was odd but done.

Rather than aiming for being perfect, just aim to be little bit better today than you were yesterday.

Wooppee!

got in my workout as well as a c-c-c-cold brisk 2 mile walk with the dogs this morning in the frosty early daylight.

I also sort of tried out the upper body program done on a stability ball .... having never used one before I wondered if I could even keep my body in that position. I can. I'll do that tomorrow.

but weep weep. My tuesday night step aerobics class has been canceled. I'll have to come up with something else for Tuesdays.

I have been trying to get the video to load for the past 30 min - no luck emoticon . Maybe I can count my workout today as hand-pumping my ball. emoticon I'm off to find some fruit, and I'll try to get the video later...

struggled more than i thought i would with the wall squats, felt good though! got my 3 fruits in and now to play with the wii for a bit...oh and I did one of 10 minute sparkpeople kickboxing workouts off the site, pretty good for 10 minutes after the bootcamp video at 630 am...Good luck to everyone!!

Regarding the stability ball and the squats/lunges: two of my issues that make exercise hard is a very painful back and painful knees. I have found that moderate exercise actually helps both as long as I don't feel pain. Once my back or knees start hurting, I am in trouble, usually. So I did NOT use a stability ball and I modified the lunges and exercises so I could do them without pain. I was pleased that I was able to do the whole video, and challenge myself, without hurting myself. On the other hand, I kind of felt like I was cheating...but I know hurting my back or knees will take me out of bootcamp. So as long as I did my best, pushed myself, and followed as closely as I could, I gave myself a gold star.

I got in the video, the 30 min of cardio, and 3 fruits. The wall squats weren't that hard for me because I've done those but when she started throwing in the one-legged variations those were definitely harder!

Just finished Day 2 of boot camp! Realized once again that I am very uncoordinated but did make it through without falling. Day 4 of committing to exercise at least 10 minutes a day is finished and I feel great.
Congrats to all of us! For my cardio I did 20 minutes of the Wii EA Sports Active and 30 minutes on the Wii Fit Plus.

I am so happy that I was able to complete the video and 30 minutes on my elliptical machine today emoticon

I also completed the bonus challenge with 3 fruits today...tomorrow's bonus challenge will probably be more difficult for me, but I'm going to try it! We can do it! emoticon

OMG OMG OMG I did it. I'm the laziest person in the world, with negative motivation, but I did it. Moved plants today for about 20 minutes so counted that as part of my cardio, the did the 10 min cardio kick boxing thing (looking for yesterday's video, but this was fun) then did the stability ball. I've got a LONG way to go cause this was near impossible, but I did it!!!

I GOT UR DONE !!!
I'm proud to say I got that dang on 8-min lower body stuff done. Using that stability ball made me realize how short my legs are emoticon but it got done. I'm eating a can of fruit right now. Hey, I forgot about it until now and the can says it equals 3 servings so there you go.
I also did my 60 min. dance DVD and my regular lower body strength training that I would usually be assigned to do. I am dead tired and ready to go to sleep.
BUT I GOT IT DONE AND NOW I AM HAPPY I DID IT !!!!

I am also short, so the stability ball was an issue for me.

I ate 4 servings of fruit today!!!

Also...did 90 minutes on treadmill.

Hey all!! Did anyone else have trouble with the Day 2 video using the stability ball? Maybe it's just cuz I'm short, but when attempting the lunges, I couldn't reach my foot all the way back to the wall! I modified and still did them, but if I tried to really touch that back foot to the wall I was completely off balance.

For fruit... I only got 2 servings in today. :-( I was in a long meeting so did not get to eat my banana for a mid-morning snack.

Mission accomplished (with some modifications). Walked two miles at a good clip. Did the Spark Ball Video, sans ball. It's all good, though, since the squats and lunges were tough enough as it is. I'm sore today from the jumping exercises yesterday, and I imagine that I will be sore in my lower extremities tomorrow!

I ate many many veggies today, and will eat more for dinner. Two fruits, and perhaps another for dessert.

Did it! With the way my knees creaked through those exercises, you would think I was 86 instead of 36! No pain, though. I did 35 min on the elliptical first, so my legs were already tired. I think next time I will warm up, do the video (if it is legs) and THEN do my cardio. Got my 3 fruits- I usually do better with veggies, so that was a good challenge for me.

Worked all day and came home and did Day 2. Stopped at the mall and walked 30 minutes and then came home and completed Day 2 Video. Feel amazing!

Liked the Ball video, the ball felt good against my lower back. Then took the dog for a 30 min. walk, think you should get extra calories when you are walking a dog....sometimes the dog was walking me!!(50lb 9 mth old puppy!) For my 3 fruits...had peaches in my oatmeal this morning, a banana later and will probably eat some of the cantelope later when I cut it for to take with lunch tomorrow. emoticon

Day 2 done. I also walked 2 miles on the treadmill, 20 minutes on Wii Fit Plus, and I just got Biggest Loser for the wii and did 20 minutes on it. Feeling great!

I have to say I did pretty good today. I did today's workout, plus 10 minute cardio kickboxing, 6 minute butt, glute, hips & thighs video and shoveled snow for about 5 minutes. I still feel energized. Ate well too and drank 8 cups of water. Go girl!! emoticon , emoticon

I did the video, did some walking - so far, so good! Tomorrow, I have 30 min of strengthening my shoulder in the pool, followed by PT. I may not be able to do the video - depends on how tired I am... But I think this will count as upper body strengthening, right?

Since I was travling through blinding snow yesterday I was not able to do day one yesterday, However I completed it today WOW.
I was also able to complete todays stability ball workout video. Walked for 40 mins.
Also got my 3 servings of fruit.

Did day 2, and I can feel it in my legs!

Also ate my 3 fruits - banana with breakfast, orange for a snack and a pear for dessert.
