Got the exercising in today, but went over on the calories and eating healthy went out the door as well. Had sausage and butter cake at the Colonial Mkt and fish & chips for dinner. Tomorrow is another day and a new beginning.

So far this week I've gotten my weight lifting on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Ran on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Walked with Hubby everyday this week. Staying within my calorie limits.

I just love the Bootcamp which helping me stick to my goals and keep my heart healthy. The posting is the problem because it takes time to sit at the computer, and right now, my plate is full with "stuff" that needs to get done.

65 minutes of interval elliptical training, 30 minutes of arm strength training, tonight while my son is at swim lessons I will do 15 minutes stair stepping and 30 more minutes of strength training

My week has been filled with a variety of excerse. I've been trying to mix it up. I've done at least 2 bootcamp videos each day, I've walked, ran, rode the bike and did circut training. I have done the QFC every day as well as 100 push ups each day. I did strength training 3 x this week, but did something every days to strengthen a group on muscles.
