Hi,

I joined your team. This is my fourth week, i think, on the treadmill desk. I have an injured knee so i can only doe 1.5 hours a day on it. I think the treading has started my body trending toward less weight and tightening up alot of flab. I only have 100 lbs to lose so in 2.5 years if i can get up to 6 hours a day (that's all my desk is rated for) then i'll be back at my baseline weight of 140.

Anyone have any weight loss with this desk? I have the life span. Hopefully this works because until i lose the weight, the knee won't get better and i want to recuperate so that i can do yoga again. And maybe learn Pilates. And just plain live with less pain and more ability. Well keep on treading..........Nancy
