I don't have a desk treadmill. I just have a wifi and browser screen console. I also put my tablet in the holder so I can Web browse and stuff. Not much typing though.

Wow, I can type /mouse and walk at up to 3 mph, but that is the max. After that I get too many typos. 3.5 is awesome!

(I do sometimes get to 3.5 while on conference calls.)

I just started walking fast (3 - 3.5) again. I started out walking as I built up to running, but I feel back to a fast walk...not ready for running I guess! Thanks for the info. Good luck with the feet.

When I wrote this note I was using the phone app and searched for walking as an exercise. The slowest they had was 2 mph so I sped up to meet the 2 mph speed. It was amazing how much less my feet hurt.

How do you track?

Am I the only weirdo who gets more tired going slower? For months I have been going slower and slower to try to accomodate my sore feet...but then I started tracking my walking desk steps here and the lowest speed in the exercise library is 2 mph, so I sped up to do that and discovered it is 1000% easier for me. Any of you guys have that experience?
