Ouch! I hope you feel better soon. What about any kind of walking. You don't have to go fast. I had a double mastectomy and reconstruction surgery and walking was the only thing I was able to do for weeks. I cold also do a stationary bike. Good Luck!

Chair exercises!!! There are lots of them that can be done with no jiggling involved. Also lots that focus on the lower body, which is probably best for awhile! I found a bunch just googling and checking out youtube. Spark has some seated exercises, so just skip the ones that would hurt and do what you can!

Basically the Wednesday before Thanksgiving I discovered a Huge abscess on my areola. My doctor office was closed and my Monday I was in agony and my breast was swollen to akmost 1.5 times it's normal size, I saw the first available doctor which just gave me a rough breast exam and then brought in another doctor to do the same. The didn't give me any antibiotics but made me get an ultrasound. So I did that. I made a doctor appointment with my regular doctor two days after the sonogram. I cried so much in the days before that appoint. Just the weight of a t-shirt killed me. My doctor gave me strong antibiotics and higher dose Vicodin. The problem is My whole right breast and arm hurt horribly. I can't do anything that causes any, well for lack of a better word, jiggling. I'M GOING STIR CRAZY! Please HELP! My doctor said it would hurt for a while and I haven't even taken a weeks worth of antibiotics. I just need some support, suggestions, some help! emoticon emoticon in advance!
