did a nice walk/pull around the block with my puppy!

I am re-committing myself to this challenge. telling myself to do 10 minutes a day and physically doing it are two different things.

This is part of my June goals. I will make this happen!

My first day for this challenge, I did 31 minutes on the Wii Fit including: yoga, ST and advance step. Tomorrow I'm planning a 4 mile walk on the path by the lake.

Walking- I went the long way down the hallway at school and paced around several times during the day. I walked 10 min on the gazelle glider. I worked in the garden helping to stake green beans. Trying to add extra steps everyday. Reda

20 min cardio kickboxing (used 2 different Coach Nicole videos), 12 min palates abs video, 10 min crunchless core video, and about 4 min walking up and down stairs at school. I even paced around while on my 5 min break.

Running back and forth between competitions on a sports field chasing after my son as he participated in a track and field meet. Whew. Back and forth for 5 hrs and dont forget the happy dance when he won1st place.

I don't know if it counts, but I ironed for 2 hours today. I was sweating, and my legs were sore.

Nice ten minute walk in Walmart's doing a quick grocery stop. Also worked the garden finally when the rain stopped for a few days, hoed the tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers and then planted some watermelon and cantaloupe. I guess it was altogether at least a 30 minute garden working. Reda

Hello All.

It is nice and sunny and hot today. We had thunderstorms and lightning last night. I thought we were going to lose the power but we didn't.

Our dog doesn't like the thunder and lightning. He tries to hide all over. I had to put him on his leash so that I could get him to calm down. After they went by he was ok.


I walked for about an half an hour when we went to the store. I think it will count.


Hope everyone is enjoying their holiday weekend.

Walking at least 10 min maybe more. On to day 2, hope to add a minute or two each day. Work schedule is easing a bit and hopefully I will be able to relax a little more and get more exercise in during the nice summer days.
