Today is Sunday and I teach Sunday School and Children's Church to the kids and so I am very active on Sundays walking around and handing out papers and picking up crayons off the floor as well as throwing construction paper in the garbage can

I hope it's ok if I post this here, I always sign up for Tuesday/Saturday Zumba @ Curves near my home; however...

Yesterday I missed my zumba @ curves because john had to call 911 for me. i was have chest pressure like no other & back hurt. I was having a hard time taking a good breath. i took the fire dept's advice and let them take me to the e.r. there i stayed until noon, EKG, chest-xray, and a CT scan came back negative. i'll be following up my doctor this week. I asked John to stop off at the chiropractors office on the way home so i could get an adjustment.

Today, I feel much better and it looks like i'll take our dog, lucky out for a walk to get some activity.

My personal plan was to do ten minutes of something DIFFERENT each day, since I usually do walk enough. I haven't done particularly well with this, but hope to get going. I want to form a habit of using my body in a variety of aerobic movement. I have an exercise room with a HealthRider, rower, recumbent bike, and treadmill, and I'd like to use each one at least once a week. It would be so easy -- if I just do it!

yesterday we walked the mall roe 15 min today I am going to do a Richard Simmons dvd and walk on my tony little gazelle for 15 mins

After attending our friends wedding. My husband and I walked our dog around the park. Then to the local market and then back home. A total of 1.3 miles in 45 minutes.

Today I walked to my Dr's appointment and home again it a .90 mile round trip walk. I also did some exercises later this afternoon both strength and stretches.

The Really good news is My Cholesterol Levels are All back in the Good range. My doctor is really happy as well. She knows I have been working on this. She is also said my blood sugar level was good too!

Sweeping the truck scale at my job with a shop broom......... this is a full body work-out and takes all of 10 minutes if I stay at it......... emoticon . Plus the temp. outside is 97 and humidity is 100%. Makes for a good work-out!

Out of all the days that I was able to sleep late for once, after getting my husband;s lunch ready for him to go to work I had went and laid down but I could not go back to sleep. I got up and swept the kitchen and the livingroom and then I mopped it. That took an hour after that I got on sparkpeople website and done the cardio exercises and also part of the bootcamp. It is only 9:15 in the morning and I have to go and take my sister in law to her doctors appointment later and hopefully I can go to the gym later.
