Spiritseeker, hope you are feeling better now. My DIL suffers with the same thing.
I walked brandy for 25 minutes and then decided to dig weeds out of the garden not realizing how hot it still was. I made it 20 minutes using a shovel!! Drank a LOT of water for awhile!! emoticon emoticon etc.

sick - diverticulitous - in er last night - severe pain - but today is groc day and had to get meds too - so got in over 8,000 steps .. meds made me sick so benn in bed for 4 hours .. but will get in my 10 min a day even in pain...

yesterday 30 min on stationary bike plus 5min cool down. Then a mile walk outside which lasted 28min then I did the alternative to the dumbell strength trainng exerxises whicj about 20 min. and then 15 min of basic yoga
