If a tier got flat on your way fix the flat tier instead of getting the 4 tiers flat as well.

Last night I took the time to plan and prep my meals for today, as well as pack my lunch and healthy snacks so I'm prepared for a healthy, clean eating day. My newest weapon against sweet tooth attacks (because darn-it if there isn't a TON of candy in my workplace emoticon ) is sugar free black cherry jello. Think I'll pick up some sugar free or fat free cool whip (tastes the same as the regular stuff) and make myself a little treat tonight, layering them both in a pretty dessert cup so I feel like I've spoiled myself.

For 1 serving of jello it is 10 calories, and for 2 tablespoons of FF cool whip it is 15 - so I can even have two servings of each and fill that dish all the way up for a measly 50 calories. Can't wait for dessert tonight!

I'm in the process of doing so! Yesterday was an off day for me (I didn't feel well), so I didn't track as accurately as I normally would since seeing the calories stack up without being balanced by exercise plays tricks on my mind.

Today is a much better eating day with good portion control, though. emoticon

I myself have began "getting back on track". What is amazing is that we can! Just take it one day at a time and remember we are here for you! Even if you start out slow and track one meal a day and work your way up to tracking a full day, then so be it. It is a start and will soon become a lifestyle. I am here for you if you need me. I love this quote and it helps me on my, "I don't want to do anything days".

Make sure you utilize all SparkPeople has to offer and use the Food Tracker and track your cals, protein, fat, carbs...etc. It was very important for me in the beginning of my journey to health and is still is today!
