Thanks! I just started Cruise when I had the slip-up so I did an extra day of PP and moved on. Thanks for the advice...oh, and my attack lasted 7days.

The sweets are my kids from Halloween - usually I hide the treats from them so they don't eat as much but this time, I asked them to hide it from me!!

Happy Monday everyone!

Never redo Attack. Just toss it up to experience and continue on.

Oh, and toss those sweets. :)

How long was your attack phase for? If it was finished then just get started on the cruise phase.... slip-ups happen, just don't let it throw off the good you've done so far. Whatever rythym you've chosen, just go with it!

So what happens when you're on day 7 of the Attack phase and those "cute" little packages of Halloween candy and chocolate start calling your name? This is what happened to me and I totally (uncontrollably) binged on them.

Do I have to start Attack over again?? what do I do now? I'm lost (and sad)...
