I love popcorn but try to remember not to eat it the day before I weigh in at WW because of the sodium, I'm afraid it will make me keep water weight and weigh more!!!!!

It contains like NO nutrients whatsoever, but pretty yummy and relatively low-cal:
a "s'more" made with lower-fat graham crackers, a big marshmallow AND a mini reese's cup warmed in the microwave. One will do you for about three days...mmmm...

I just started to try and snack on a few almonds around 12 to 14 , whole almonds no salt or fat added . The are good to have in your pocket for emergency snack. I also am trying to use walnuts as a snack. Have a great Sunday team.

I love ginger snaps, babybel cheese with crackers, melted cheddar on Ritz... but since starting Commit to Fit I've switched to celery and peanut butter... to keep the blood sugars down

Well Ray, my favourite snack was always thick-crusted pizza, but now I have a new treat that is Dark Chocolated covered Blueberries and Acai. Lately, I must avoid my pizza in order to achieve some of my goals but at least I still have a little of the other treat once a week. They are sooooooo delicious! emoticon

Ray was that list your favourite snacks or just a few suggestions? I am curious what your favourite snack is.

I don't know my favourite but I love fruit, veggies, 100 calorie different sweet snacks my new snack of choice when really hungry or craving ice cream OH YEAH that would be my all time favourite is plain yogurt with PC Omega 3 granola and sometimes a little fruit in it. I let it sit for awhile so the sweetness comes out of the granola. Teri

Nuts! I take two tablespoons of cashews dry roasted with sea salt to work every day to tide me over until lunch.

I also love the 100 calorie (or less) Yoplait dessert yogurts...especially Key lime and lemon creme pie... emoticon
