My daily walk with my German was SHORT! This humidity isn't good for the old boy with that thick fur coat. We also did it pretty fast, 2.9 mph as opposed to his usual sniff every blade of grass 2.1. LOL, guess he wants a.c.

I wish I had kept a record of when I started walking the dog regularly. It has turned into a great morning ritual for both of us. Not the greatest exercise cause he has to sniff every damn blade of grass. About 2.1 mph. Gym later today. Happy Friday Chitowners and beyond.

This is tougher than I thought. I am definitely doing my yoga today, come hook or crook!

Hubby in ER yesterday afternoon and night due to his blood pressure spiking to 225! Everyone said he could have a stroke but I know God is taking care of him. God has a plan for him yet, despite his MDS (pre-leukemia) diagnosis almost a year ago. God needs him for something and that's only between him and God. So we're back home and living again. He's taking it easy and I'm trying to get caught up here and back into some kind of routine with my yoga. It is my intention to do the yoga TODAY around 4pm CST. I'm sure I won't have a problem with it today but my numbers are horrible for the week. :(

I did 76 minute yoga workout again to help heal the leg that's in trouble. Still sore but working through it to healing! :) It'll be a while before I can lift my left leg up ABOVE my (right) knee area and keep it STRAIGHT going up. Guess it got lazy over the years and I have to build up the strength in it. :)

Think I pushed a bit too hard the day before so had to take a yesterday off from my yoga. Killed me but I really couldn't do anything cuz I was soooooooo sore! The sore spots were the spots that are in really desparate need of exercising and they were just fighting me back. They're not going to win. :) I should be able to workout today still, but who knows????

Didn't get to the workout on the 16th but I did do it on the 17th. 85 minute yoga workout and loved every minute of it!
