Hello Rickjenn,
Thank you for replying and yes you do have that right and going by the loss on your scale you are doing a great job, keep up the good work.
I opened an account with Fatsecret.com.and I track everything I eat, The very most I have had over the past 10 weeks is 35net carbs. and that was only a couple of times when I have been out with friends. but the following days I cut back to under 30.but I seem to be stuck, and get so frustrated, it was a talk with my Doctor yesterday that made me put in this post.
I am just interested to see what experience others have had in the past.
I hope you are having a great day .

I'm really confused on this NET CARBS talk. When I was on Atkins 8 years ago I don't remember much about it. Now I'm focused on what I'm eating and I can track easily what my fiber versus carb intake is and I just want to be sure I have this right...

If at the end of the day I have 70 carbs total and 33 fiber total I can subtract 33 from 70 and my NET CARB intake is 37? And if my target is 35 then I am only over by 2 carbs? Do I understand this correctly? I am on week 8.
