Ironing - sounds like back in my twenties when all my shirts and pants were tailored and 100% cotton and I spent Saturday getting them washed and Sunday getting them ironed! Ugh. So much of my life wasted on that chore. Back then I used to watch old movies on AMC to pass the ironing time. Must have the whole RKO catalog memorized!

Kris - I iron while I watch Netflix streaming - otherwise I'd go bonkers.

I walked the boys this morning in cool but sunny weather, and then did a quick run for groceries. Been home the rest of the day. Got a lot of stuff done in my office. Paid bills, cleaned off surfaces, dusted, put things away, etc. Tomorrow I have a half hour video conference with veterinary software company that is interested in Whiskey, and I am testing which way to aim the camera! LOL

Still have to do laundry and floors and I want to write up a proposal to shift bookkeeping work/responsibilities around between me and a client's office manager to reduce the time I spend running there every week. I always hope I'll get 'caught up' on a weekend but that has yet to happen!

4 hours of ironing? My most hated chore, I could never do it for 4 hours! Downy wrinkle release is a lifesaver for me, LOL.

Worked on recovering the dining room chairs last night and stayed up too late. Then I couldn't fall asleep. Ended up taking a 2 hour nap today. But I've been fighting a cold so I needed to rest. I have one cushion left that I'm having a heck of a time getting the staples out of. Hopefully I can finish it tonight. I'm trying to sell this table and chairs on Craig's List and have had no inquiries. I'm sure because of the outdated fabric. So hopefully this little refresh will get it sold and out of the house.

Busy ironing clothes and getting read with cooler weather moving in! I am going to count my 4 hours of ironing as my exercise for the day.

Been a really nice day. The weather is London has been BEAUTIFUL. The sun was shining, in the middle of winter! Crazy. Woke up early, in the gym before 9am. Had a really great session. Then went to get my hair re-braided. Love getting a new look. Came home and baked up a crustless quiche to last me for the week.
Happy Sunday everyone. Have a great week.

Sunday & it's much cooler . . . whewwwww!

I stood in front of the mirror this a.m. & looked at my arms. I was attempting to talk myself out of going to the classes. Sometimes I look into the mirror & have already adjusted my 'viewpoint'. This time, I closed my eyes and opened them wide & laughed. I'm going to the classes. I'm glad I did.

Zumba is fast & my feet don't move. Next time I'll wear smooth sole shoes. (I say this everytime I experience Zumba . . . LOL). I'll keep trying.

BodyPump was GREAT for my arms, thighs, hams, & strength. I can't believe how much weight the men put on their bars, (some women also). We do 3 - 6 minutes of each move for the group of muscles. The fatigue in the muscles happens. The man behind me was really struggling. I stepped to the side & put down my bar & was ready to assist him. I'm glad I'm a woman and don't have to be macho.

Watching football now & am cleaning up my food plan. YIPPEE! I got to show up and do IT all over again. I now can just hang for the remainder of the day/evening. YIPPEE!

Slept in and stayed home today. I'm still recuperating from all the driving yesterday. We had a great time at IUP. Watched the band play at halftime and after the game (could care less about the game itself) and then took Max out for dinner and caught up a bit. Lovely day! Did a whole lot of walking and driving, though, and now I'm pooped!

Not much on today's agenda, which is fine by me. Just going to tie up some loose ends. I'm taking a vacation day tomorrow to detox from my job a bit. I'll pay for it on Tuesday by having to squash 16 hours of work into 8, but oh well, that's the way it goes.

Have a lovely Sunday, all!

A cool, rainy day today. No plans to go outside for anything except to dump stuff into the compost bin and pick up the paper. Inside I need to do laundry and dishes and pay bills and stuff like that.

Have a great day!
