This is the stuff. I'd say if you're going to try it, give it at least 6 weeks. That would probably about two containers. I think each one has 24 servings (and it comes with a scoop).

LOL, things sneak up on you. The thing with my knee is that it isn't always painful, then some days it will twinge, other times it aches, and sometimes objects to pressure. Which may make it hard to pin down.

I'm gonna guess it took about 2 - 3 weeks before there was a difference, but it took me longer to notice. LOL

Primal kitchen is usually pretty good stuff. I want to try it and see if I can get rid of this persistent pain in my knee.

Nay, I use Primal Kitchen's Vanilla Coconut Collagen. I put one scoop in my first cup of coffee each morning with a little heavy cream. It's SO good. Not obnoxiously coconutty or vanilla-y. It's very lightly sweetened with monkfruit sweetener, and sometimes I go for a second scoop in the second cup of coffee.

I'm actually a lot bendier and my joints feel great. I didn't realize it until one day I was up and down out of a chair a lot and I didn't creak. I have it on auto-ship ("subscribe and save") from Amazon.

Not much going on by me.
Did some house stuff
Beautiful sunny day here in Rochester - in the mid 60's.
Not feeling the greatest today - could be I didn't have enough sleep?
Anyways - actually sat down for an hour or so and did much of nothing.

Hello Team!! My Angels continue to care for me. I had to cancel my vacation but because I cleared my calendar for all those days I was able to visit my 4th doctor this morning. More cultures, etc. and a 'resolution' of a skin disease for us 'older' women. I'll have it for the remaining time on Earth but there are antibiotics, steroids, etc. to manage the pain and symptoms. She said that most women don't catch it until cancer cells are found. I am a very lucky woman. One more week of laying around with light workouts & YIN, etc. Again, I am a very lucky woman!!! YYYYiiiippppeeeee!!!! Hugs to All!! Listen to my Body!!! Assertive!! Continue Description! Don't give up. If you know your body~~~~ Fight For Your Body!!!

Yup, doggy park and fed the quackers, as we do.

Dashed over to the post office to mail a form for assistance that's available to lower income folks for house repairs. It's to paint my home and do needed caulking. I hope I qualify.

It's zero interest and payable when the house is sold. It would be nice.

My big boy, the Golden One sims to be doing better. I hope the meds are doing the trick.

Will do some reading today, but nothing else planned.

Happy Tuesday!

Went to bed absolutely exhausted and then overheated and woke up at 12:45. I dozed after that - no "deep" sleep according to Fitbit, and my score was a sad 72. I'm going to have to try to take it easy today. [insert feeble laugh]

Today's plan is to call a client that needs a call, research assisted living facilities for my mom in case that needs to happen, and then go see her at 1:00 to work with PT to see if my mom can get in and out of my car. After that, straight to the PT job and then home.

Maw, one of my professors had a requirement that I think should be more common. 10% of the grade was from a quiz at the start of each class on the reading from the text that would be discussed that day. It wasn't any in-depth knowledge, but enough to ensure that the student actually did the reading before class. In my case anyway, it improved on what I got from the lecture.

Slept well, but still wake up around 6 every morning with the dogs ready to go at 6:30.

If it's Tuesday, it must be dog obedience classes. As always, I'm looking forward to the day--training and socialization (for me) with other like minded people and their dogs.

Getting down to the wire for the Boston trip and starting to get things ready to pack--lots of pressing, sewing repair and de-hairing clothes. Three dogs have a large output of hair. I have a t-shirt that says: Need Dog Hair? I have extra! The rest of the week I have left will be dedicated to cleaning the house--I have it decluttered and basically cleaned. I don't like to have someone stay in the house without doing a thorough cleaning. Geez, I would hate to have someone think I was unclean--or find a cobweb! (GRIN) Besides, I like coming home to a mostly clean house. Wednesday I will pack, fix and freeze meals for the dogs, and check in with the airline. (and half a hundred other things that I haven't thought of yet!) Thank you for letting me list what needs doing!

Enjoy today!

Hang on, it's going to be a bumpy ride.

I'm impressed that you got to sleep at all, Woubbie, given how late you got up yesterday! Way to go!

My science teacher is really spoon-feeding the class in terms of learning how to be good students. Lectures on how to study for tests - not just the night before, but reviewing the material after each class - things like that. One of our mandatory assignments is to meet with him in his office to talk about the last test, and whatever. He said that one of the reasons is to try to break down the "fear" that most students have about going to office hours. Anyway, I meet with him this afternoon. Then I have math class after that.

That's about all I have planned for the day. That and Russell Walks, of course!

After a rough weekend+Monday I was too restless to stay asleep this morning, so I got up as soon as Kyle was out the door. I still got six hours of decent sleep so I should be fine for the day, and I have been meaning to start getting up earlier at some point, so today may as well be the start! I'm already thinking ahead to the time change, and how I'm going to want to get as much daylight in my day as possible.

Lots on my to-do list today, mostly spreadsheets and paperwork. Onward!
