Hey team - I'm sorry for dropping out of sight for most of this month. I'm sure we're all experiencing some added stress and anxiety and my way of dealing with it tends to be to withdraw from all things outside of my house to include social stuff.

I'm back to exercising as of Wednesday so that's good.

Congrats to you all who have been kicking butt on the challenge!!

Good Lord, this already has a lot of virtual and real activity! I got sick Saturday night, so not much exercise here, but I did do my minimum one minute of intense exercise. Today was plank position.

Gulp! Not ready to commit. Back tomorrow.

Welcome to the challenge! Starting March 1 and ending May 31.

For this challenge, you can choose any or all of three categories:

* 250 minutes/month aerobic exercise (walking, running, exercise class, heavy housework etc.)

* 250 minutes/month non-aerobic exercise (stretching, yoga, barbells, strength training)

* 1 exercise/day for at least 20 days/month (any exercise for a minimum of five minutes)
(You can count the "1 exercise per day" toward your aerobic totals OR count it as a separate exercise. Your choice!)

You can track on your own, or respond to this thread listing:

Which challenges you are taking on
How many minutes you've done so far
(Use the blue "Edit My Post" button at the bottom of your post to update minutes).
