Well yesterday was the first day of spring and I went to let the dogs out and there was SNOW on the ground and the grill. OMG REALLY!!!! I so want warm weather now!!! It is FREAZING this morning. I'm up because of the roofers tearing off shingles and throwing them down in an empty dumpster. Boom, silence, silence, Boom.....

My little boy decided to walk yesterday!! I was so excited for him. Maybe I can tape him today. Gotta make sure the camera has batteries.

Great job Hillary! Today is a less intense workout day and I'll add my Slim in 6 workout today to reach my daily burn. I'm going to have to do it now while the baby is napping. Hubby has decided to go into work early. Gavin had a rough spot this morning and woke up for about an hour and then of course I couldn't go back to sleep. In return I shut my alarm off and woke up at 9. I normally am getting my workout in by then emoticon . O well. I'm going to make sure I get it in today so I wont' over eat. After school today I am taking Anna to the hair salon to get her hair cut and her eyebrows waxed for the first time. She isn't one to primp so it is funny she is so cautious about her brows. Especially since you can't see what she sees unless you are up close.

I'm super lucky that I work for a College and have free access to a gym. Plus, I have a super supportive boss, which means I can exercise at lunch. On the days where I know my work schedule will prohibit a lunch workout, I've been getting up around 5:15 to do yoga. I've been pretty consistent with my exercise - doing either yoga or running almost every day of the week.

Hi everyone. Got in 45 min this morning. 30 min step and 15 min walk. Gavin had a rough night so I decided to get up early. Go figure he decides to sleep now....lol O well atleast I got my burn in for the day and anything else I do is extra. I still need a breakfast so I am off to figure out what to eat.

Hope you all have a great day today! How are things going with you all? Are you getting in some workouts through out the day? I was trying to do 30 min in the morning then add another in the evening but it never happened so it looks as if I get to do it all in the mornings until we start going outdoors on bikes and walks.

Got in my new WW Punch DVD yesterday and today. Also started tracking my food again today. Here's to a new habit I'm forming. I'm up to Mon-Fri with a min of 30 min cardio now to form the habit of tracking my food so all my hard work doing cardio isn't for nothing. Today I'm going to start a habit as well playing on my wii atelast every other day to challenge Anna and to get her to start moving. I'm also planning to buy her a new bike once it gets to be a bit nicer weather. She will def be happy to get that and she will be pestering me to get out more too. I will also be looking for a seat for Gavin for my bike as well so we can go out more. I noticed today that we still have a box of ho ho's in the cupboard that has been there for atleast 2 weeks now. She wants to eat better now too so now to get moving......

I'm so excited I am finally outta the 150's forever!!! Never to see them again. Don 1.4# this week! It's a miracle. I have 4 more pounds to go to be back at my pre-prego weight. Gavin is 1 now so it is taking me quite a bit of time to get it off but it's finally coming off. YAY ME!!!

Next week should be in the 50's here. If it isn't to windy I'm hoping to get out and take Gavin for a walk. I miss being outside. I'm also looking forward to the warmer weather since I am no longer working at this time. Still looking but not looking very hard I guess. Can't wait to be able to take him places. I'm looking for a bike seat for him now so I can get it with the income tax money.

Every little bit helps.

I am starting the SP 28 day bootcamp challenge on Sunday. Thought it would be good to incorporate some toning along with the core so since I workout 5 days a week already at 30 min a day I think I can add in 10 min every day. I peeked at the scale this morning and I have 4 more pounds to go to get to my preprego weight. Bye bye 150s never to see you again!! That means by the end of March I will be back to my old weight!! Now to get this belly to leave some. I'm also going to have hubby take a before picture since I still haven't done so.

That is AWESOME!!! It sounds silly, but I try to do core stuff and arm stuff while playing on the floor with my son. He thinks its hilarious, and like to climb on my back when I do push-ups (which makes things quite challenging). I went for a much needed run today at lunch - it's February but the sun is shining, and I ran despite this upper respiratory nastiness that I'm fighting.

Hi everyone. I'm so excited today. I realized I have been working out for 5 weeks straight a minimum of 5 days a week. Well last week I only got in 3 days but the other 4 I got in 5 days. I'm so excited!!! This week I'm adding my food tracker to the routine. I was hit and miss Monday, way over in most ranges Tuesday and today I hit every one and my cals are in the lower range of 1300 cals. How excited I am to see the scale on Saturday morning. I'm also starting to add 3 days a week of core workouts while the baby naps next week with my ball that is in the basement collecting dust. So far I've only done cardio workouts. Hopefully my new body fusion step dvd shows next week and then I'll be incorporating some strength moves as well. I am starting to feel so much better about myself and about my body that I know I'm doing things right finally. Fingers crossed no more yo-yo weigh ins.

Does anyone have or know anyone who has the Les Mills Combat DVD's? I saw a mini commercial and since I LOVE boxing I thought this would be right up my ally. But since it is more expensive than I like I wanted to see if anyone had any comments on the workouts.
