Day 16- Rest, went on date night with my husband. We went to this trendy restaurant and watched all the beautiful college kids, and I had 2 margaritas! I haven't drank alcohol in what seems like forever, so I am feeling very tipsy. Then we went to a Halloween store, and it the risk of sounding like my mother, what is up with those costumes? They are so tiny they don't even cover a normal person's behind! Anyway, I hope I don't regret those margaritas tomorrow.

@Chaxmo227- keep it up girl, you are doing great!

@Guyver77- you are so sweet for the name suggestion, maybe I will wait until the end of Supreme 90 and call myself 6packvegan! BTW, your before and after pics look great! You have come a long way!

@Kjqplus3- Tabata at 6:30am! You are dedicated! I don't even think I can move my arms and legs in the same direction until I have 2 cups of coffee!

Got up this morning and did TABATA I did it didn't want to because I don't think I was fully recovered from finishing the Ultimate ball @ 9:30 PM then getting up at 6:30 AM to fit TABATA in but it is done and tomorrow i get to REST!

Love all of the support with this group!

Day 69 - Cardio Challenge! Randi has been teasing me with her challenge to do Insanity. Maybe i will dust off those CD's and double my workout today. No promises :) i may just quit after Cardio Challenge will see. Keep up the good work everyone!! Keep the blood sweat going!



Muchie718 - Sorry to hear about your shoulder. I've had a shoulder injury in the past and it sucked. Even to this day, i have to lift lighter so i don't mess it up! Looks like your nutrition is clean. A little pre workout candy can't hurt =).


KJQPLUS3 - Your a warrior for doubling up your workouts!! WTG. The harder you work the better your results will be.

CHUBBYVEGAN - BTW your not a chubbyvegan, think you need to rename your alias to Supreme90Vegan :). Legs is a tough workout, i almost always want to quit early in that video. But Legs are one of the largest muscle groups which means most calories burned. Woo Hoo to Defined Shoulders!

CHAXMO227 - I suck at Ultimate ball.. Feel like a clutz trying to do Pikes and skiiers. Like i was saying in the FB supreme 90 forum I'm like the dude in the back falling over all the time. Sometimes i do Core Dynamics just to get better with the core workouts.

Baldwin31 - do i need to say anything? You rock! Thanks for being our fearless leader. What's up with the other leaders?

16 Ultimate Ball yesterday. I felt like I had a little better control than last time. Time went super fast and it was actually fun! The good thing about working out with DH is that it's fun. The bad thing is that we ran into each other rolling on our balls and laughed through that particular exercise, so we missed one. I missed 1 day this week because of our schedules - but I won't do that anymore - if the schedule looks tight, we will do it separately.

Flex those guns and back, Chubbyvegan!

Guyver - go for it - you can do it and be an inspiration to us all!

KJQPLUS3 - great job on keeping on schedule by doubling up and treadmilling it. I've resolved not to let my schedule get in the way of my workouts anymore either.

Mautlin - You'll have to let me know about your muscles gains with your diet. I follow a plant-based diet with meat as a side dish at dinner. but was wondering if I would really get enough protein to build some muscle. I don't build muscle very easily so that doesn't help, either - oh well!

Day 15, Legs, This is my favorite workout so far. I can get a really good sweat going without jumping around all over the place, and I know these squats make my butt look good!

My shirts aren't fitting the same anymore, they are a little tight around the arms. I am guessing this is because of all the strength training I am doing. My shoulders are more defiantly more defined

I am doubling up today I did Back and Bi's this morning and tonight I am doing Ultimate Ball.
Not enough time yesterday so I just ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes.

Day 10- rest day!

I realized that the pain I was feeling in my shoulder since day 2 is actually my pectoral muscle. It is finally starting to get a little better, and I'm feeling less sore in general.

I've been pretty good with my eating, but still eating a little candy here & there. Lots of protein, fruits & veggies & whole grains to help balance out the chocolate. I'm a vegetarian, so it's been beans, eggs & dairy for protein.

Day 68 - Chest & Back. Down another .4 lbs to 132.2 lbs. I've been eating super clean and working hard. This is the last stretch of the program so there is no room for slacking off. I can't wait to start Round 2, unfortunately i still have some fat to lose.

Day 14, switched Chest/Back for Legs, I will do Legs tomorrow since I pulled something yesterday and am giving it is rest. I thought I had pulled a glute muscle but now I think it is my hip joint (where the hip meets the leg, I have no idea what the technical name for it is). I hate injury, it makes me cranky

Day 67 - Tabata Inferno

I did end up doing 81 Bar Push-ups & 39 Pull-ups yesterday for my Rest day. Mid morning i had to take Ibuprofen because i was sore. Weight is down to 132.6 (-.6 lbs).

Day 8- chest/back.I was actually able to do a few of those twisty-plank moves this time(knee to elbow)! Last week, couldn't do them at all.

chubbyvegan- hope the heating pad helps. Ouch! emoticon

You guys are doing great!

Day 13 Cardio Challenge, I think I pulled a muscle in my glute doing mountain climbers, so right now I am sitting on my heating pad. Tomorrow is suppose to be legs, but I think I might swap with chest/back because right now my butt really hurts :(

Day 15 Chest & Back - I'm glad it's only 20 minutes (without warm up and cool down) - but it felt so good to feel strong and power through those exercises. Kept up the 10 lb weights for most of the exercises today. I love the confidence that working hard gives you!

Baldwin - I agree with Guyver - I've also found that a computer break makes me more resolved to give it my all, both mentally and physically. You'll be stronger than ever!

Day 14 Legs Lifted heavier than last time I did this dvd (10 pound weights throughout). DH is doing Supreme 90 - I feel blessed that I have a workout partner at home. He really gets sore after the workouts - I don't feel it as much although I'm working to failure...

Guyver - inspiring job on eating clean and what fuels your body the last 14 days! '

Chubbyvegan - great job on lifting heavier weights than last week - it feel great when you can do that, doesn't it?

Munchie - congrats on making it through week1!

Still on Track. I was super super clean with my nutrition for the past 14 days.. went a little off course yesterday (due to family time). But back to business today! Sticking to food that only fuels my body and burns off the fat. One layer at a time! Weight was down to 133.2 (-.6 lbs)

Walked 40 minutes today and did The Shred Level II yesterday. I was down for about a week with a bad back and now that my back is better I'm hoping to get back into the groove!

Day 13, Cardio Challenge. Little easier than last week - but for a few exercises I chose too heavy of weights, so my form wasn't as good. Those plank jacks, bear walks and burpees are killers! I can't even do the plank jacks - but am hoping I will in the next 90 days. Here's to determination!

Hello. I just started on Tuesday. Looking forward to a place to check in with others doing the program. Today was day 5 for me (arms & shoulders). I was afraid it would be hard b/c my left shoulder is still a little sore from falling off my ball on day 2, but it wasn't too bad.

I had to take off yesterday because I had an upset stomach and I knew I could not do TABATA feeling so bad. So I did it today and I will do Check Back and Bi's tomorrow instead of resting.

Day 9- Ultimate ball (yesterday was really day 8 even though I posted it today) Made me really mad, I think I did worse on it this time than the first time! Probably because I was trying harder to get my technique and form correct. That resulted in falling off my ball in all kinds of ways, to the left, to the right, on my head, on my butt, and I got a pretty bad rug burn on my knee now. My husband, on the other hand, transformed into a stability ball expert overnight and looks like he wrote the book on it (That really made me want to punch him) My cats find this the most entertaining video of all because they get to to try to play with the huge red balls rolling around the room. Oh well, at least someone is enjoying themselves

Day 62 - Cardio Challenge. I was pretty sore this morning from yesterdays workout. Maybe because i had to increase the weights i used compared to Month 1. Cardio Challenge is always a fun workout and you sweat buckets after your done.
