Hello everyone. I had a few unexpecteed days off due to the snow storm & 48 hrs without power. CRAZY!!! We had about 8 inches of snow here. I am going out of town this weekend, so am deciding if I want to start back up tomorrow, or wait until I get back on Monday. I'm definitely taking tonight off to enjoy having power again (and HEAT!). Keep up the great work.

Sunday...played catch-up. Friday I did legs. Sunday I did Tabata Inferno, Chest and Back and Cardio Challenge. I think I'm back on schedule.

Day 29.... LEGS.... yikes .... I'm improving but my lunges really stink.... I can do 3 or 4 in good form :-( [yes, that is an improvement :-)]

on the other hand, I can do squats all day.. I had to increase the weights on those

Today was day 8--Chest and Back. Sweated buckets! And Misty my legs and butt are so sore from Legs. Don't know which is the sorest--my legs or my butt--even my calves are sore!!! But it is a good sore!

Did any of you that participate on the s90 page on fb notice Tom finished shooting a new program with Herbalife? I thought it said Herbalife 24 dvd program or something of the sort. Wonder how it compares to S90? Interesting...
And I had no idea Tom was so rippped! He stays pretty covered up on S90, but his page has a pic of him on the cover of a mag (trainer of the year!) with his shirt off and he looks awesome! Just sayin' :)

Great job everyone. I started round 2 of S90 today. Day 1 Chest/Back. I felt the burn on this one. I did walk everyday while my dad was here but my eating was not the bussiness :). So i'm back on track with the clean eating today. I'll be (well DH) posting pictures soon. Keep up the good work everyone.

Day 41, Tabata Inferno and I need it to kick my butt after going to the State Fair yesterday...ugh. Could've done worse damage I guess...Had 1 bite of a corny dog, 3 nachos, and a fried pineapple upside down cake (small). Hopefully just a small setback. The pants I have on today, however, I can completely pull down without undoing them :)

Another crazy day! I missed 4 workouts this week and will probably miss at least 3 next week. The only good thing, however, is that when I am able to get back into it, I'll be raring and ready to go! I miss it!

Hi everyone. This has been a hard week for me. I just haven't felt motivated to do the workouts, and I ended up taking 2 days off. This was the first time since starting that I've had this problem. Up until this week, I'd done great at keeping up with the workouts. I'm hoping that after a few days off I can re-focus & continue with the schedule. Today was Day 45- Back & Bis.

Day 2 - Ultimate Ball & Core Dynamics - DONE! Might as well squeeze 2 great core workouts on the same day.

Nutrition - Keeping Calories Clean & Tracking them in Sparks Nutrition Tracker.. So far so good now need to deal with Dinner and another small snack meal and I'm good for the day.

I need to weigh myself in tomorrow.
