My cardio today is my 60 minutes daily exercises only. I had black out, no electric power. Me and my husband went to the mall and I met my friends there. I had great day with my friends, and I watch movie with my friend.

Happy day today, because its Sunday.

I have been biking to/from work 4-5 days per week. It's 12.6 miles round trip, for 60 minutes of daily cardio. Then I run, walk, garden or take a bike ride with a friend on the weekends. I have stopped using restaurants as the first option for a place to meet with friends, and now I offer up a walk or bike ride instead. It is really helping me go above and beyond my daily fitness goals!

I made my morning exercises to 70 minutes. I went to town done important things, and I walked for 65 minutes excluding the walked by blocks in the middle of town. I did not count how many minutes my walked in blocks only. I did time the kilometer only not by blocks.

I done many things in town today. No construction job the whole day.

This morning I had my warm up exercises and stretches and kicking for 50 minutes. After my breakfast we are started to poured cement and I lift up the bucket of cement, I carried those hallo-blocks and etc. This afternoon from 2 to 5 pm, we will lift up rocks, and arrange those big rocks on the ground inside the greenhouse for floor base. It is also my cardio exercises and stretches too.

I just arrived from my 3 days vacations. I cardio is collecting water from the water pump, and walking, and jogging only. I went to the up town area, and we walked to the mountain and plain area to the proper town.

I am happy I am back home again. I can do what I want to do, and my daily exercises too. I miss my video exercises.

Good for you too. After the party we went swimming, it was so tired after swum but I had fun plus the best exercises.

Tomorrow is the whole working in our new projects again. I carried halloblocks and cement again for a day, after my daily morning exercises.

This morning I had 45 minutes only, because I had PMS not in the mood, but because I felt bad mood. That is why I force myself to do some exercises. After my 45 minutes exercises I felt good and my monthly period came out. But I appreciated my feelings this time, because I felt good compared last month. To me exercises is best to my health.

I had my 50 minutes exercises this morning.

Today we are going to the party, and we will swim after lunch. Swimming is a good exercises too. I will wear my 2 piece swim suit today and have fun in the water with my friends.

Today I had my 60 minutes of exercises like knee rotation, bending and touching on the ground spread the legs and without spread the legs, twisting my hips, I used mat and I spread my legs wide open touching the floor mat while my legs are open, touching my legs left and right while my legs are open, and twisting my body touching my other left side hips and right while my legs spread wide and open. I done banana, set ups, crunches, two parts push ups, back extensions, bridge ups, and body bridge I don't know the name I last mention. I close my one leg and I did open wide the left or right leg, touching the ground, and touching my legs down my head. I had uncle rotations, and carried my left and right legs close to my breast, and then I hold my foot and spread my leg up to the air straight. To strengthen my muscles and etc.

After my warm ups exercises. I started to kick my taekwando kick again. This time I had a few combinations added to it. I had pounce, 45 kick, falls 45 kick and ax kick combinations kick none stop. I had front kick lower and higher, 45 kick lower and higher, ax kick, turning long, 45 kick slanting the body to avoid the opponents kick while you also kicking to the opponents, I had bullet kick, bullet kick mean none stop kicking on the knees parts, I had also to avoid the opponent and how to protect myself my the opponents, falls 45 change foot, and change the left or right foot put to the next foot behind while the other leg kicking look a like a butterfly kick.

After my exercises for 60 mins I had my breakfast. After breakfast we broke rocks again today from morning to noon time. I walked 3 time to a 1 km from our house to the working area. By afternoon I level our road for 2 hours, I used digging bar and shovel the road I shovel and the dug was long. Now I am low battery. What I mean I am so tired my whole day today.

I took pictures while I was doing the digging and shoveling. I was shock because I could not believe my body shape like an hour glass. My cousin took picture behind my back, and I can say myself wow is this me now? I am pear shape body, but my bottom area are gone and very nice to look at my hips and the area of my butt. I am so proud about myself.

You know my taekwando kick are getter better now. I am not scared to walked alone during the dark because I know how to protect myself.

I done two parts push ups, body bridge, set ups, and taekwando kicking. After my morning exercises, I broke rocks for whole day used the sledge hummer, and carried those big rock to the car loaded them and unloaded them too. I think this is more than enough cardio exercises to me. I am so tired today. I think I loose too much calories today.

Usually either the treadmill or a kettlebell workout. Sometimes a DVD such as Leslie Sansone or Ellen Barrett. I think it's important to vary my workout - and the muscles I use - with some regularity.

I did levels 1 & 2 of the Shred DVD. Usually go to the gym for about an hour and do the elliptical.

I got in my Arm Exercises, Pushups, Situps, Leg and Butt Exercises,
And I did 1.26 miles on my treadmill.
Now off to shower and then to have my annual mammogram.

I usually walk outside plus do some type of cardio video. Today I did a 30 min dance off the inches fat burning jam, and will try and walk later emoticon . Spring Challenge W2D3 plus extra strength video complete emoticon . Hope everyone having a good spring challenge day!

I used my treadmill or a walk with my huibby. Yesterday I did 1.25 miles on my treadmill and then when my hubby got home from work we took a 2 mile walk.

Today was such a beautiful day, I went outside and did a walk with partial jog here and there. I wish I knew how far I went and at what speed, though.

I am alternating running 3 miles with the Slim and Six videos. Last nights video was 77minutes long but I only did 50 minutes. Hoping to be able to actually finish it this week! Any runners out there?

Ran with the kids yesterday while coaching soccer. Today...hope to go outside and run, if not, will probably hit the arc trainer or rowing machine at the gym!

I alternate btwn my elliptical and treadmill each day. But with the treadmill, I do increase my running portion every few days to keep challenging my body & b/c I'd like to do a 5 or 10k this summer.

Yesterday I ran 5K outside. It was a bit of a struggle and pretty slow but I made it all the way without stopping !!yeah! Hopefully the next one will be easier.
