I'm up to 120 minutes a day, and often do more I don't log. I log enough to meet the daily requirement for calorie count.

I still need to get on my bike! I'm so afraid of having another crash. I did get a new helmet and so my goal is to get on it and out of the valley by the end of the week!

Wow - my hubby and I rode the bike trail last night further than I have before AND I still rode my bike in the morning yesterday and today! :)

I get up 15 minutes earlier each morning so I can ride my bike while its still bearable. I'm not a morning person, but I love this! Its only 15 minutes, but its a great start to my day! :)
