TAX time has been well, taxing! I'll be around later this week.

Anyone in a challenge?

Identity Theft - Who stole my image?

Mugged by the Mirror
Pickpocketed by the Past
Robbed by Relationships

Someone has been messing with my identity!

I donít know about you - but in my mind I have this vision of how my whole body and person should look, behave and feel. To be honest, I used to rant against the fashion world - short skirts and plunging tops - made me look...well...dumpy. 20 years ago - models were 8% under the normal weight for women - now - they weigh almost 25% under most women. Of course they can wear layers and ruffles and pleats and yards of fabric! Do I adopt their style and be: Mugged by the mirror?

Somehow I had to find my own expression of a healthy appearance. Not what I weighed in 1990 nor when I was 25, nor my wedding day. Pickpocketed by the past. Thankfully an ON-LINE forum gave me a realistic weight number - and after that I could research bodyfat percentage and tests for strength and endurance.

Attitude is Everything

Winning is never whining.
Winning is coming in fourth, exhausted but excited because you came in fifth last time.
Winning is a feeling, there is no ceiling.
Winning is beginning, and by beginning, the game is half won.
Winning is all in the attitude.

~Denis Waitley

Streaking - somedays Iím happy with a one-hour pledge of discipline - takes a little longer to get to any goal - but the winnerís circle isnít very crowded - they will wait for me. ~mlo
