Time for me to reevaluate and get new goals in place. Just a few basics to get back to where I need to be. 1) Drink 8-10 glasses H2O daily 2) Get moving, start with little steps! Do step challenge of 7,500 steps daily.

I abandoned my 5 K Goal. My new goal is to have a streak of 100 plus days!

I am so excited to see you all here!!!!

My goal for the month is to really work toward 3 servings or more of fruits and veggies everyday. My goal for the year is to have 365 days of 10 minutes or more of exercise. I also have a very, very lofty goal of jogging an entire 5K. This is lofty because I am not sure I can run two blocks. I have never ran in my life, but I really want to do this, mainly because it will force me to get into shape. emoticon

I think I will take one goal a week for now - most important for my health is to reduce my sodium intake. I have developed a major sodium sensetivity and need to reduce my total sodium intake to less than 2000 mg this week and reassess from there. 1st step towards good health1

My goal for the next 2 months is to clear my house of all the stuff I don't need. I'm going to sell it and am considering traveling for a while. I don't know how long I want to travel, but I have relatives and friends all over the country. I think I could visit everyone once every two years and have a ball.
My fitbit isn't working so I can't count my steps, but just going up and down the stairs and sorting should be enough for now. However, I'm starting a walking program today. I need to get out of the house.

Do you have a goal for the year, month or week? Post it here as a reminder and for accountability.
