Not much fixed a bowl of cereal and than had a couple bites and never finished it, just wasn't in the mood.

By attempting something really difficult and outside of your comfort zone, you will discover how strong you really are.

Not a splurge (calorie-wise) but a lot more trouble to make:

Ham/asparagus/tomato/shredded cheese omelet -- made from egg substitute

OH SO DELICIOUS!!

Pretty weird for a breakfast, but I ate the remaining little bit of macaroni salad (containing peas, carrots, olives and hard boiled egg). But I like strange things like that once in awhile.

Using double fiber bread I made a ham and egg sandwich -- used egg substitute. So it was very healthy. Had it with non-fat milk.

I had nearly a full box of strawberries leftover and had already bought fresh so I decided to puree them -- and I made a smoothie by adding milk (non-fat) and a banana. Delic!!

It sounded like a good idea at the time:

2 slices of Double Fiber bread, toasted with
Chunky PB and strawberry jelly
cup of coffee with sugar-free creamer

Tallied it all up and it was like 333 calories -- not doing that again!

Got up early as I remembered the painter was coming! Forgot to weigh-in -- but as long as I was up and dressed I took Amber for a 1.2 mile walk, and we'll do another tonight.

By the time I finally came back in the house it was after 8:00 and so far all I've eaten is about a cup of cantaloupe and drank a cup of coffee with sugar-free creamer

Had a big bowl of cantaloupe, strawberries and bananas cut up and topped with 1 cup of non- fat vanilla yogurt. I'm stuffed and right off the bat ended up with 3 fruits under my belt!

Back to my standard breakfast: except this time I put in only about 1/2 cup of milk,
and the rest of the liquid was coffee; plus banana, peanut butter, and chocolate. I
like it especially during the hot weather as it's nice and cold and filling.

Pretty strange for breakfast, but I had a bowl of chicken n'dumplings! I had heated some up that I had made to flavor up my dog's breakfast, and decided I'd eat some for my meal too -- minus the dog food of course. lol

Now sipping on my coffee with flavored creamer! Love that stuff.

It's only about 250 calories, not bad for a delicious, healthy breakfast.

thin sliced ham

American cheese

All on a cheesy-type of bun

We all know breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal of the day -- so let's see what some of us are eating:

Not my usual, but it was:
Coffee with sugar-free hazelnut creamer
Bowl of Capt. Crunch
Zucchini muffin (mini-size)
