I recall that too--but I don't remember where. I think the links work differently on a computer, vs. the three different kinds of phones, and yet again on tablets too. They work on my computer but apparently not on iPhones/tablets

Had to fiddle with the link to make it work, as we have to take the s out of the http thing ...

I loved the ring stabilizer and something like that might help me use my regular exercise ball for other exercise.

As far as health bounce goes - I can't find the link now - lost my previous attempt at replying when I got lost on YouTube - but I am pretty sure I saw a video discussing Health Bounce on rebounder for wheelchair users, amputees and such. The basic idea was the person just sat directly on the mat on their rebounder with legs or stumps in front or side, and they just bounce up and down on their rear end (derriere. fanny. booty. whatever. south end of a north bound donkey.). If they had arms then they could use the arms to help pump up and down on the mat. I also seem to remember seeing where the therapists themselves made the mat move up and down with their hands etc and the person sitting on the mat still got some benefit from the movement because there is still that same up and down movement resisting gravity. Wish I could find those links. Or was I reading about it in an article??

Not too sure about that. I was thinking too--if you are poor of health you can health bound SITTING down on the mat. Think that physical therapist sees a lot of folks with limb amputations from various health complications. I think some cardio vascular issues may prevent some forms of exercise. Hopefully no one here finds out what conditions those are! hm?

This is cool. I was just wondering why anyone would not be fit enough to rebound. All you have to do is the health bounce to get some benefit. And you can hold on to the bar while doing that!

But I like the alternative! :) thumbs up!

Found this interesting. This gal is a specialist who helps people with lymph drainage. Some of her clients cannot do the rebounder so she put out this video as an alternative for anyone who isn't fit enough. (yet, recovering from surgery, or ever)
