The suport , portion control, and my exercise routine has helped me maintain. I still alloww one cheat day a week.

Today's Goal...Whats yours?



DH and I are heading to the big city for a couple of days, so my goals for today are packing our suitcases, doing some shopping at Cosco and heading over to our son-in-laws for dinner. Then we get to have fun dog sitting our daughters family dogs while they head off for a couple of days.

Sheesh, I danced for years and "skillful" was never a term I heard! I was a martial artist. I think right now I will choose the marathon run. In my usual jump in first and think later fashion, I choose the full marathon to train for. I can always do a half along the way!
