Good Morning! I just ram 1.8 miles on the elliptical. I plan to run on it at least 2 miles at lunch which will give me a 40 total elliptical miles for the week. My goal is to run a marathon a week but when I got the news from my doctor Monday night, I bumped my efforts up. It has paid off. I lost 4 pounds this week. The best part is this is our grandbaby weekend and Donna and I get little Miss Sylvia (18 months) ffor the weekend We plan on taking her to the Caldwell Zoo in Tyler, TX which will be FUN I love the zoo.

I ran a total of 10 miles on the elliptical yesterday. 3 miles before work, 4 miles at lunch and 3 miles after work. That was a new personal best for me.

6.3 total yesterday. Will do same today. I got a call from my doctor last night. Post-op biopsy showed cancer had grown through the wall of my prostate gland. Will see a raiation oncolgist next.

No elliptical today. Went to the farm to work on the garden tractor a while. Then I went shopping with Donna to find supplies to built her a distaff for spinning flax. Ate lunch ate a new place called Cheeseburger Cheeseburger. We split a cheeseburger plate. I hope everyone has a great Saturday. ~ Gene

i go to the gym and set thhe timer for 20 mins on random and level 3-4 and get a maximum workout as i push myself to do 2klms then i go and do the same on the treadmill and then i do 6klms on the bike and that takes about an hour for a full heart workout.
