I have got to a place where I move very little. Just around my small house. Not good.

yes it does!! try doing shorter sessions more often. just a walk or something not too strenuous. i've found that pushing myself a little is the key...overdo and it will be longer until i can do it again, shorter and i dont feel i gain anything.

Fibro stinks! LOL!
I can only exercise every other day and sometimes I flare after a workout.

Hi and welcome!! Try walking or swimming. Start slow--add a few yards a day or week. Both are pretty easy on joints. Don't try to keep up with anyone else..if you haven't been doing anything a walk to the mailbox might be enough.

Hi, everyone, My chronic illness is Fibromyalgia. I have trouble controlling my weight because of fatigue, pain, chronic back pain, weak ankles, and depression. Also, I'm a klutz, and have never liked participating in sports or exercise. Anyone have any ideas for dealing with all this?
