I can't say enough good things about the workouts. They were created for people like us. They are beautiful done by a lady with a graceful spirit. It always amazes me how I feel afterwards. Her workouts are no impact, healing for me. She knows how to get to the parts that work knees, hips, back, arms, shoulders. Her workouts are a TV series, so for the price you get lots of short 20 minute workouts.

Thanks for the link TIME2BLOOM4ME ! I will definitely check this out. It might even be very beneficial this morning. I woke up in pain from head to toe.

Gentle exercise and stretching can break the cycle of pain. I use this gentle workout called classical stretch. www.classicalstretch.com I use the workouts anytime I have pain issues. It's what the workouts are designed for. They have tons of testimonies on their web page. Its a very gentle workout.

Some of you have very stiff and sore muscles, maybe even knots and cramping. One thing you can do to help relieve pain in those muscles is stretching. It has really helped me a lot. If you have a knot or certain spots that bother you more than others and you have not gotten any relief. You may want to have a doctor or physical therapist show you ways to stretch those certain areas. I had stretched and it helped some but I had one area that I just could not relieve the pain. Then I saw a physical therapist and she showed me some moves that greatly helped me to hit that spot exactly and relieve the pain. I do them everyday and I feel much better. One area that a lot of people have pain is. Is in the neck. Sparkpeople has a neck exercise that may be of added benefit to some. www.sparkpeople.com/resource/exerci
