We used the bag for the turkey over the holidays & it worked very well. Nice, moist turkey!
R My SisNLaw uses them all the time. She loves them.

I've used them for veggies before, and they work well, but don't really do anything that some food service wrap over a microwave-safe dish will do a lot cheaper, lol. That's how we always did it at the restaurants.

The main thing to remember is that a microwave works by vibrating moisture, so your food cooks faster and more evenly if you add a little liquid (I like chx broth) to whatever you're nuking.

Has anyone ever used the Ziploc Steam Bags?

I am trying to find ways to get more Protein in my diet and thought if I could easily make Chicken at work for lunch that would really help.

Do these work? How long does it take to make a chicken breast?

I am also open to any other ideas!!

I am just starting out with all of this so still using a lot of microwave meals until I get the hang of things.

Thanks
