V-8, "Egg McMitchell:, medium apple. "Egg McMitchell" has gone through some changes. I now use smooshed avocado vs. butter on the English muffin, the English muffin itself is the traditional Thomas English muffin, and the eggs -- of course it is the farm fresh eggs vs the egg white mixture. The meat is uncured ham. ALL GOOD!!
